Shipping Policy

All shipping charges below are stated in US dollars.

Shipping charges at a glance

Destination groups

United States and Canada form one shipping group. Other destinations form a separate group using the same price thresholds. Availability is determined by the destination options and rate returned at checkout. A shipping zone does not guarantee delivery to every address.

Timing and availability

Fast shipping is the name of the paid rate, not a guaranteed delivery deadline. Dispatch and transit estimates will be confirmed before this collection is released for sale.

Duties and import charges

Shipping charges are distinct from import duties, local taxes and customs handling fees. Do not assume these charges are included unless checkout expressly identifies them as included. Contact us before ordering if the treatment of an import charge is unclear.

Delivery details and help

Review the delivery address carefully before checkout. For an address correction or a delivery concern, contact us with the order reference. Changes may depend on the stage of fulfilment.
